Please carefully review the following requirements before submitting your rental request form BELOW.

Wet Inflatable & Water Slide Requirements

A water hose connected to a running water source is required for all wet slide installations. The customer is solely responsible for providing:

  • A properly functioning water hose

  • An active, running water supply at the setup location

Elegant Events by KP does not provide water hoses or water supply.

If a connected water hose with running water is not present at the time of arrival, the inflatable will not be installed as a wet unit. It will instead be set up in its dry configuration.

When selecting your setup surface (grass, concrete, etc.), please ensure that:

  • The hose connection is accessible to the inflatable setup area

  • The water connection is near a power outlet, or an extension cord can safely reach the setup location

Proper access to both water and electricity is required for wet installations.

Dry Inflatables

Ball pit balls are available as an add-on option for dry slides or dry inflatables. Please select this option when completing your rental form if desired.

Extension Cords

Extension cords may be provided upon request and based on availability. If needed, please indicate this clearly on your rental form.

Event Time & Setup Details

If you would like your inflatable set up at the start of the morning (before your event officially begins), please list the time you would like the inflatable delivered and ready — rather than just your event start time.

*All Inflatables will be picked up by 8pm unless otherwise approved. *

Completing Your Rental Form

To avoid delays, please:

  • Include all rental items you wish to book at the time you complete this form

  • Provide a complete and accurate event address

  • Provide a valid phone number

  • Include the event date

  • Include the requested setup time (especially if different from the event start time)

Please be thorough when filling out this form to ensure a smooth booking and setup process.
